Most of what makes a paint job look right is finished before the first coat of color — and most of it stays out of sight. A surface that is filled, sanded smooth, spot-primed and properly masked takes paint cleanly and evenly. A surface that is simply painted over can crack, peel or telegraph every old flaw within a season.

Filling nail holes, re-sanding moldings, re-seating loose screws, priming patches — this attention to preparation is where our 25+ years of experience show, and it is the difference our work reflects.

Our process

How we work

Walkthrough & written proposal

We assess the rooms, surfaces and scope, then put the agreed work in writing before the job begins.

Preparation

We fill, sand, prime and mask carefully, because the final coat only looks as good as the surface underneath.

Painting

Professional-grade products, primarily Benjamin Moore (Sherwin-Williams or equivalent when appropriate), clean lines, and the right number of coats.

Final walkthrough

We review every room with you before the job is done.
