When you use our estimate form, we collect only the details you give us: your name, phone, email, town, project details and any photos you choose to share. If you open and accept a private proposal, we also record the name you type, the date and time, selected option, exact document version and the IP address observed by our server. Beyond that, we collect only basic usage statistics to measure traffic — see Analytics & cookies below.
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare and discuss your estimate, provide the agreed work, and document and protect proposal acceptances. We never add you to marketing lists, and we never sell or rent your data to anyone.
We keep proposal and acceptance records only while reasonably needed to provide the work, maintain business and transaction records, comply with applicable obligations, or resolve a dispute. Access is limited to authorized business users; when the record is no longer needed, it should be deleted or de-identified securely.
This website uses strictly necessary cookies to function. We measure traffic with Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies — in the EEA, UK and Switzerland it loads only after you accept our cookie banner (you can reject it), and may load by default elsewhere. The site is also delivered through Cloudflare (content delivery and security), which produces aggregate, cookieless traffic statistics at the network level. We use no advertising or remarketing cookies and no other third-party trackers.
We do not sell or rent your information. Traffic data is processed by our providers Google (Analytics) and Cloudflare (delivery, security and aggregate statistics). The limited service providers needed to host our website, email and business records may also process information only to provide and secure those services. Otherwise we do not share your information with third parties, except where strictly required by law.
You can ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted by emailing [email protected]. We may retain the limited records reasonably necessary to document an agreement or transaction, comply with law, or resolve a dispute.
